Here you can, as a consumer, submit your declaration of withdrawal from a distance contract concluded with 24fire GmbH via this website. We will confirm receipt of your declaration without undue delay by e-mail, stating the date and time.

Important note on digital services
24fire provides digital services (e.g. servers, hosting, domains). For these, your right of withdrawal expires pursuant to § 356(4) of the German Civil Code (BGB) as soon as the order has been completed and the service has been provided automatically and in full — with your express consent and acknowledgement given during the order process. In such cases there is regularly no longer a right of withdrawal, so a withdrawal cannot be accepted.
You may nevertheless submit your declaration of withdrawal at any time. We will accept it, confirm receipt and review it on a case-by-case basis.
How to declare your withdrawal
The simplest way is the form at the end of this page: enter your details and confirm the withdrawal with one click.
An unambiguous statement by e-mail to kontakt@24fire-gmbh.de or by post to the address given in our legal notice is equally effective. No particular form is required — you may also use the model withdrawal form from our withdrawal policy.
So that we can match your declaration to the correct contract, please state:
- your name as the consumer
- the order or contract number from your order confirmation
- the e-mail address to which we should send the confirmation of receipt
- optionally the reason for the withdrawal — you are not required to give one
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your declaration before the deadline expires.
